Instructions:

1. Extract the .exe file that you downloaded (double click it and it will extract automatically).
2. Check if the contents are located in C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\skins\regine##
3. Log in to your yahoo instant messenger
4. Click Login >> then Preferences
5. Under the category "Appearance" you will make your changes, your current theme will be
listed, if you click the down arrow you will see a list of all the skins in your Skins Folder, so now
you need to find "regine##"
6. Choose "regine##" and hit apply and ok then you will have this as your skin.
